November 6, 2008 Dear Valued Clients and Friends: As you know the current economy has not been pleasant for any of us. It has been especially challenging in the mortgage and housing industry these last 18 or so months. After much soul searching, my partner John Pulliam and I have decided to close 1st Mortgage Financial Group effective November 30. While this was a difficult decision for me, I am truly blessed that not only have I learned a great deal about owning your own small business in good and challenging times, but I got to meet and get to know you! The good news is that I have accepted a Vice Presidency position with Community First Bank just two doors up Highway 123 from my office. I will primarily be responsible for Business Development and Commercial Banking; however, Community First offers a full array of personal and business deposit accounts and loans including home mortgages.
